listbot makes your lists and adds people when you tag it — or DM it.
Reply to a post and tell listbot what you want:

It reads the thread to work out who you mean, and checks the lists you already have so it adds to "cool posters" instead of making a second list with the same name. If it isn't sure, it asks.
You can DM it instead. Same bot, same requests, and better for anything you'd rather not do in public — who's on my mute list?, delete that one, adding a few people at once.
You only need to sign up once. After that you can do everything from Bluesky. Your lists are at /lists if you want to edit them here.

Plumbing
listbot holds an OAuth session so it can act minutes after you tag it, with no browser open. Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest under a separate key. Revoke it any time from Bluesky's settings.
The part that reads your tag holds no credentials and can't touch your account. It returns a decision and the server does the writing, and it can only pick from the people you pointed at — whoever's post you replied to, and anyone you @-mentioned. Nothing written by a stranger can put someone on your list.
